Tom Stanley

Tom Stanley is a data quality and model evaluation specialist for AI and GenAI systems with over 19 years of experience driving multimillion-dollar growth. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at LILT AI, Tom helps enterprise AI teams optimize their investments through high-quality multilingual training and evaluation data. Previously, Tom held various account executive roles at companies such as Toloka, Uplift Inc., Xerox, and Ricoh USA, focusing on AI/ML initiatives and enterprise partnerships. Tom is also a USMC veteran, having served honorably as a Corporal and team leader in the United States Marine Corps.
