Jim Siler, CSP, is currently the Regional EHS Director and has held several significant roles in the field of environmental health and safety. They served as a Senior EH&S Manager at Messer Construction Co. from 2014 to 2018, before transitioning to Nucor Steel Gallatin as a Safety Coordinator for construction from 2018 to 2023. Following that, Siler worked as a Safety & Risk Supervisor at Nucor Steel West Virginia until 2024, and is also expected to serve as the Safety Director at Limbach in 2024 and 2025. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health at Eastern Kentucky University.
