Mark Iannarella

Mark Iannarella, CSP, is an experienced safety professional with a diverse background in firefighting, emergency medical services, and safety management. Mark served as a Career Firefighter and EMT for the City of North Charleston from 2009 to August 2013 and later worked as a Training Instructor at Awendaw McClellanville Fire District from October 2015 to April 2017. In the safety sector, Mark held various roles including Regional Safety Director at Limbach since March 2025, Corporate Safety Director at JJ White, Senior Safety Specialist and Safety Director for New Jersey American Water, and Director of Preconstruction Safety Services at Binsky Snyder. Mark also served as the Health and Safety Specialist for the Patriots Point Development Authority, focusing on OSHA compliance and safety investigations. In addition, Mark is the Founder of Balanced Approach Coaching, LLC as of September 2023. Mark earned a degree from Waldorf University with a GPA of 3.9 between 2015 and 2017.
