In 2020, Hallie began working as a Cyber Policy & Communications for Mother Cabrini Health Foundation. In 2021, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for New York University, a Graduate Researcher for the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), and a Graduate Strategy Consultant for the U.S. Department of State's Global Engagement Center (GEC). In 2021, Hallie also began working for Ridgeline International, Inc. as an SME, Digital Identity & Technology Consultant, R&D Digital Identity & Technology Strategy, and Strategic Influence & Communications Advisor.
