John Smalling

John Smalling has extensive experience as an engineer at LIME, where employment has spanned from September 1992 to the present. In this role, expertise lies in the implementation and maintenance of Nortel and Avaya/Lucent legacy communication solutions, including Norstar, Business Communication Manager, Meridian 1 Succession, CS 1K, and Avaya Aura solutions. John Smalling holds a degree from the University of Technology, Jamaica, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
