Currently, Serag serves as the Credit Initiation & Policy Head at Lime FINTECH, where they oversee credit policy development and contribute to sustainable lending growth. Previously, they led a team of credit analysts as the Credit Risk Team Leader at First Abu Dhabi Bank Misr, enhancing portfolio quality and profitability through effective management and analysis.
