Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain & Transactions at Lime

Amy Hochberger has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Amy is currently serving as the Senior Counsel for Global Supply Chain & Transactions at Lime since October 2021. Prior to that, Amy worked as the Managing Owner of Amy Hochberger Law, PLLC since January 2016, where they acted as a Consulting General Counsel for various business clients. Their responsibilities included handling contracts, bids & RFPs, mergers & acquisitions, employment law, litigation, management of outside counsel, business dispute negotiations, and corporate governance.

Amy also worked as an Attorney at Axiom from May 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they provided legal services as needed. Earlier in their career, they worked at Progressive Waste Solutions as the U.S. Legal Counsel & Assistant Secretary from May 2007 to October 2015. Here, they worked closely with the General Counsel and senior management, participating in contract review, negotiation, drafting, and due diligence processes. Amy's responsibilities also involved negotiating and reviewing complex commercial contracts.

Amy gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk to District Judge S. Thomas Anderson at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee (Western Division) from June 2008 to August 2008. During their time there, they researched petitions, drafted court opinions, attended trials, and performed other research tasks for the judge.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked as an Investor Relations Associate at RadioShack from November 2004 to July 2006. Their responsibilities included coordinating and organizing investor conferences, redesigning the investor relations section of the corporate website, and researching transfer-agent options.

Amy started their legal career as a Legal Intern at the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office, where they worked in the Misdemeanor and Grand Jury Divisions during the summers of 2002 and 2003. Their tasks included working on misdemeanor and felony cases, analyzing DWI videos, and assisting with trials by speaking with witnesses and obtaining relevant information.

Amy Hochberger received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Legal Studies in Business & Sociology from Tulane University from the years 2000 to 2004. Amy later pursued a higher level of education and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Texas A&M University School of Law between 2006 and 2009.
