Benjamin Schmidtke

Benjamin Schmidtke has a diverse work experience. Benjamin started their career at Apple in 2017 as a Specialist and worked there until 2022. During their time at Apple, they served as an Operations Specialist, where they monitored key performance indicators and implemented process improvement initiatives. Benjamin also worked as a Core Trainer and Mentor, conducting internal employee trainings and identifying training needs. In addition, Benjamin had business development experience, collaborating with the Business Team and utilizing critical thinking skills. Benjamin briefly worked at Kochstrasse™ Agentur für Marken in 2021 as a Projectmanager Neuromarketing. Furthermore, they worked at SPD Unterbezirk Hannover as an Assistant Project Manager, where they managed incidents, adjusted project plans, and optimized routes for efficient order supply. Benjamin is currently an Operations Manager at Lime, a position they have held since 2022.
