Crew Cypher

Crew Cypher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. They started their career at Battelle in 2012, where they completed the Leadership Development Program. They then joined Uber in 2015, initially as an Operations Manager for Ohio and Kentucky. In this role, they focused on optimizing user conversion and increasing user productivity. They also developed and launched A/B test campaigns. They later became a Program Manager for Global Delivery Operations at Uber from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Crew Cypher joined DOmedia as the Director of Operations. Here, they had P&L ownership and successfully launched an e-commerce marketplace. They also built and managed operations for both the buyer and supplier side, prioritizing profitability and scalability.

In 2019, Crew Cypher moved to Lime as a General Manager with P&L ownership for the North American Midwest and Australia/New Zealand on an interim basis. They built and led a regional team focused on launching and managing markets while innovating the operational model for the business. They were then promoted to the role of Global Head of Supply Operations and most recently served as the Director of Global Operations.

Crew Cypher attended Miami University Farmer School of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance.
