Operations Manager - Austria at Lime

Francis Rivera has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 as an Export Trade Development Adviser at the Commercial Department of the French Embassy. In this role, they provided tailored services to French companies with the ambition to enter the Swiss market.

In 2019, Francis worked at ARMIS - Multilocal Advertising Technology as both an Account Manager and a Business Developer. As an Account Manager, they collected and consolidated data for advertising campaigns and generated top-performing products and stores. As a Business Developer, they searched for non-food brands interested in ARMIS solutions and conducted commercial presentations.

From 2020 to 2021, Francis participated in a professional project as part of Sorbonne University, ESSEC Business School, Centrale Paris Engineering School, and STRATE Design School. The project was entrusted by the SNCF Heritage Office and involved using Design Thinking methodology to develop an offer supporting SNCF heritage enhancement initiatives.

In 2021, they joined FACES || Outdoor Media as an Operations Manager, where they managed a team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of bus shelters and created a comprehensive internal database for monitoring indicators of bus shelter conditions.

Currently, Francis serves as an Operations Manager for Lime in Austria, where they oversee fleet health and demand generation, manages local operations and economics, and leads a large team driving operational sustainability and performance.

Francis Rivera's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Lycée français de Vienne LFV, where they completed Higher Preparatory Classes with a focus on Economics and Commercial way (ECE). From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a B.S. in Economics & Mathematics at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Moving forward, from 2018 to 2019, Francis continued their studies at the same university and obtained an M.S. in Applied Economics. In 2019, they participated in an Erasmus program at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, specializing in Health Economics & Political Sciences. Lastly, from 2020 to 2021, Francis completed an M.A. in Economics & Sustainable Territorial Development at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
