Principal Industrial Design Engineer at Lime

Jon Oxford has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial design and mechanical engineering. Jon started their career as a designer at G2 New York in 2004 and later worked as a designer at Pablo from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they co-founded Helimec LLC and served as a partner until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a lecturer at CCA from 2008 to 2010. In 2014, they co-founded SeatRack and served as the Director of Product Development until 2017. In 2017, they founded Oxford Product Development, where they provided full-service product development and prototyping services. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Faraday Bicycles. Jon then joined Spark Grills in 2018 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2019, they joined Uber/Jump as a Senior Industrial Designer and later moved to Lime in 2020 as a Principal Industrial Design Engineer.

Jon Oxford attended the California College of the Arts from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial Design.
