Kellen Rice

Kellen Rice is an experienced professional in policy and proposals with a background in both management and communications. Currently serving as the Head of Global Policy and Campaigns at Lime since May 2022, Kellen has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director and Director of Proposals. Prior experience includes positions at EVBox as Head of Bid Management and Bid Manager, and at ENGIE as a Senior Proposal Manager and Proposal Manager. Kellen's career began at Odyssey Systems as Communications Manager and Proposal Writer, followed by a role as Implementation Manager at New Horizon Communications, and Project Manager at CORE Communications, LLC. Kellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Connecticut.
