Lara Nickless

Lara Nickless began their work experience as a Human Resource Administration Officer at Northline in June 2019. Lara then became a Human Resources Advisor in September 2021. Lara joined Reece Group in February 2022 as a Continuous Improvement Graduate and worked there until August 2022. Lara currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Lime starting from August 2022.

Lara Nickless began their education at University Senior College in 2017, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during their time there. From 2019 to 2021, Lara attended the University of South Australia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resources Management. In October 2020, they also obtained a certification in Recruitment and Selection from the Australian Institute of Management.
