Leah Pascua is a product and business technology leader currently serving as an Independent Consultant, where they provide expertise in scaling technology and enhancing frameworks to deliver customer value. Previously, they held the role of Director of Product Management at Lime and Senior Director of Portfolio Delivery at Ally, focusing on optimizing digital solutions across customer experience channels. With a strong background in product strategy and business process transformation, Leah has also worked at Twitter as both Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, managing technology strategies for financial systems. Leah began their career at PwC, where they led assurance and consulting services and contributed to internal initiatives. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
