Luke Rachlin

Luke Rachlin is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as AGC and Legal Director at Lime since March 2020. Rachlin previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Lime and has also contributed as a Lecturer in Legal Writing at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2023 to 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at Atrium, where Rachlin provided corporate and commercial counsel to for-profit social enterprises, and as Director of Legal & Corporate Development at SharesPost before its acquisition by Forge Global. Rachlin began a legal career at Goodwin Procter LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP, where roles included Associate and Summer Associate. Education includes a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Boston College, and a Certificate in Social Enterprise Management and Impact Investing from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
