Lynn's career highlights include building strong legal teams, ensuring IPO readiness, and successfully navigating complex corporate transactions. They are also known for their strategic approach to privacy and intellectual property, significantly enhancing patent portfolios at Zum and Plus. Lynn holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
