Mallory Johnson

Mallory Johnson has a diverse work experience in human resources. Mallory started their career as an HR Assistant at Bohlke Veneer Corporation in 2009, where they maintained personnel files and conducted research for the HR Manager and CFO. Mallory then joined Winston & Strawn LLP as a Human Resources Assistant in 2011, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as posting job ads, facilitating onboarding, and assisting with recruitment. In 2014, Mallory was promoted to Human Resources Coordinator at the same company, where they coordinated the annual evaluation and compensation processes. Mallory's next role was as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Novos Growth Partners from 2015 to 2019, where they coached managers on performance management and employee relations, managed benefits, and acted as a point person for HR topics. Mallory then worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at PHMG from 2019 to 2021, where they provided strategic guidance and support across various HR matters. Currently, Mallory holds the position of Senior Manager, People Operations at Lime since November 2022. Mallory is responsible for managing HR programs, conducting employee investigations, and serving as a thought partner within the HR team.

Mallory Johnson earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Miami University, completing their education in 2010. In January 2017, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
