Matt Ward

Matt Ward has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matt currently holds the position of Head of Product - Rider Experience at Lime since November 2022.

Prior to that, Matt worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where they held multiple senior management positions in product management. From January 2021 to April 2022, they were the Sr. Manager of Product Management (Tech) at AWS. Before that, they served as the Sr. Manager of Product Management (Tech) for the AWS Infrastructure Data Platform and Supply Product from April 2020 to January 2021.

Matt also has experience as a Manager of Product Management (Tech) in the same department at AWS from November 2016 to April 2020. In this role, they managed teams working on web applications, business intelligence, data science, data engineering/data warehouse, and technical product management for AWS Infrastructure. Their responsibilities included overseeing server quality and operations, as well as aspects of cost, schedule, design, and supply chain.

Prior to their tenure at AWS, Matt worked at Northrop Grumman. From September 2011 to August 2014, they served as the Manager of Global Supply Chain Program Management. Before that, they held the position of Subcontract Manager - Buyer from July 2007 to September 2011.

Matt Ward completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2003 and 2007. Matt then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Systems Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.
