Nicole Chen

Nicole Chen started their career in 2007 as a Mechanical Verification Engineer at Sony Mobile Communications. Nicole worked there until 2011. In 2015, they joined Tecan as a Mechanical NPI Engineer for a few months before moving on to Dell. At Dell, they held two roles - Global Product Operations Senior Engineer from October 2015 to September 2017, and then Global Product Operations Principal Engineer from September 2017 to November 2021. Since January 2022, they have been serving as a Sr. Engineering Program Manager at Lime.

Nicole Chen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology between 2002 and 2006. Nicole then pursued an MBA in International Management at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, Nicole enrolled at Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master of Engineering Management degree in Engineering, completing their studies in 2014.
