Tal Shaul

Tal Shaul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tal currently serves as a Data Science Manager at Lime since September 2021. Prior to this, Tal worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Lime from March 2021 to August 2021.

Before joining Lime, Tal worked at Scoop Technologies, Inc. from August 2019 to December 2020 as a Data Analytics Technical Lead. In this role, Tal mentored a team of 8 data analysts, designed Scoop's Marketplace Health Score, and built a machine learning model to predict changes in health. Tal also defined the churn metric for the entire company. Prior to this, Tal held the position of Senior Data Analyst at Scoop from January 2019 to August 2019, where they played a significant role in increasing user rides and improving cost savings.

Tal's work experience also includes a role as a Data Scientist/Analyst at Vasona Networks from February 2014 to August 2018. Tal built the company's data science team, developed data analysis tools, and collaborated with stakeholders to strengthen the business case. Tal's efforts resulted in signing on three Tier-1 telecom operators, leading to the eventual acquisition of the company.

Additionally, Tal gained experience as a System Engineer Intern at PrimeSense from September 2012 to October 2013. In this role, Tal improved the automation and production environment of the team, designed and built an automated test laboratory, and tested product performance.

Prior to entering the private sector, Tal worked as an F-16 Fighting Falcon simulator instructor in the Israeli Air Force from July 2005 to July 2008. In this role, Tal trained pilots on the aircraft's capabilities, operations, and emergency procedures, gaining valuable skills in working under pressure and multitasking.

Tal Shaul attended Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
