Vanessa Serrano

Vanessa Serrano serves as the General Manager for the Great Lakes Region at Lime since March 2024 and has been a Board Member on the Industry Advisory Board for the Department of Integrated Systems Engineering at The Ohio State University since February 2017. Prior to their current role, Vanessa held the position of General Manager for the Midwest at Shef from February 2021 to February 2024, overseeing team operations and business performance. Vanessa's experience also includes leading market operations at Lyft and managing logistics and supply chain projects at Bosch USA, where significant savings and process improvements were achieved. Early career roles included internships at Intel Corporation and Verizon Wireless, where data-driven solutions and lean six-sigma methodologies were applied to enhance operational efficiency. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
