Zach Garinger

Senior Program Manager, Legal Operations at Lime

Zach Garinger has a strong background in legal operations and paralegal work, with experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Zach started their career as a Fulbright Scholar, where they taught English and computer classes to students in Malaysia. Zach later worked as a Market Research Analyst at The Columbus Dispatch, conducting market research and creating advertising mock-ups. Zach then joined the Peace Corps as a Community Development Project Manager, managing grant compliance and securing funding for community projects. Zach continued their work in the non-profit sector as a Youth-Activities Project Manager at PASMO, where they developed outreach activities and provided trainings on gender and violence prevention. Zach also served as an Assistant Director/Ultimate Camp Manager at English Adventure, overseeing a summer camp program and training counselors. Zach then transitioned to the field of social services as a Bilingual Case Manager at Compass Family Services, where they managed a caseload of families experiencing homelessness. Most recently, Zach worked as a Corporate Paralegal at Atrium, implementing organizational processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate legal work. Zach is currently employed at Lime as a Senior Program Manager, leading legal operations. Overall, Zach has a diverse range of experiences in various industries, demonstrating their adaptability and strong organizational skills.

Zach Garinger completed their Bachelor of Art in International Studies with a focus on Latin American Studies and also obtained a TEFL Certificate from Ohio University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Zach further pursued their education at the International Christian University from 2012 to 2014 and earned a Master of Art in Peace Studies with a specialization in Public Policy and Social Research.
