Phillip Barber

Phillip Barber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Phillip currently holds the position of Head of Communications at LimeFlight since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Marketing and Communications Manager at LimeFlight from August 2021 to May 2023, where they developed and implemented communication strategies to promote the software solution for efficient inflight logistics management.

Before LimeFlight, Phillip worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Ecomap from November 2020 to May 2023. Additionally, they were an Operations Team Member at the Swiss Startup Association from December 2020 to December 2021.

Phillip has also gained extensive managerial experience in the hospitality sector. Phillip served as a Hostel Manager at Viva Hostel from August 2016 to August 2021, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel. Prior to that, they were a Hotel Manager at Pension Gimmelwald from 2011 to 2016.

Furthermore, Phillip has experience in the restaurant industry. Phillip served as a Restaurant Manager at Barny's Place from 2008 to 2010 and at Hungry Jack's Australia Pty Ltd from 2005 to 2008.

Phillip Barber pursued their education in various institutions and fields of study. In 2003-2004, they attended TAFE SA and obtained a Certificate IV in Business Frontline Management. Later, from 2016 to 2019, Phillip attended The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Online Business and Marketing at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. In the future, they plan to enroll in a Certificate of Advanced Studies FH in Project Management Advanced at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland in 2023.
