Bernhard Lorenz

Bernhard Lorenz is a seasoned IT/OT security specialist with extensive experience in information security and auditing. Currently serving as a Senior IT/OT Security Specialist at Limes Security since January 2020, Bernhard has previously held positions as Lead Security Consultant at both OSM Solutions and Alpha Strike Labs GmbH from October 2018 to December 2019, and as an IS Auditor at Cognosec from October 2011 to September 2018. At Cognosec, responsibilities included performing independent assessments of information systems and controls. Prior roles include Information Security Engineer and Information Systems Auditor at bwin.party digital entertainment, where duties involved conducting audits and penetration testing, and an internship at VERISIGN focusing on web application deployment and testing. Bernhard holds a degree in Information Technology and Systems Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2008.
