Elli Becicka

Elli Becicka is an experienced event coordinator currently managing black car services for events worldwide at LimoLink since May 2022. In addition, Elli serves as the head coach of the Freshman volleyball team at Solon Community Schools beginning July 2024, and previously held the role of head coach for the 12U Black team at Solon Spartan Volleyball Club from November 2023 to May 2024. Elli has an extensive coaching background with the Cedar Rapids Surge VBC, assisting the 17U team in 2023 and the 18U team in 2022, while also managing social media and website content. Previous experience includes guest services at Spectra, where work involved supporting events at Xtream Arena and The GreenState Family Fieldhouse, and a progression from busser to server at Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery. Elli holds a degree in Sport and Recreation Management with a concentration in Coaching and Sports Instruction from the University of Iowa, complemented by earlier education at Wartburg College and Solon High School.
