Our vision is to deliver world class Market Services to the London Insurance Market. Our mission is to professionally source and operate common Market Services used by the London Insurance Market. Our purpose is to deliver high quality service and value for money through being the London Insurance Market's central, leveraged team for managing Market Services.

Our values are:

Transparency: because we are not for profit and funded by scores of market firms who need to know we deliver value for money and operate to high standards;
Professionalism: because the market needs us to operate to high professional standards in our sourcing and oversight of Market Services;
Independence: because competing carriers, brokers and suppliers must have absolute confidence that we are not in anyone's pocket;
People: because we must set an example to suppliers of how the London Insurance Market demands that firms operating in it offer high standards of care of their people.
