Bosco Lau

Bosco Lau is the current Managing Director of LIMRA for Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Macao, Mongolia, Philippines, and Taiwan. Prior to this role, Lau served as the Vice President of Business Development for Group Insurance at AIA from August 2004 to October 2011. In this role, they managed the business portfolio for group insurance, including life and health insurance, in the agency channel. From November 2011 to August 2012, Lau was the Executive Director at Right Choice Insurance Broker Ltd., where they oversaw general insurance, life insurance, and health insurance for a national licensed broker in China with distribution through e-biz, call center, and direct channels. Lau began their career in 1984 as the Head of Management Training at CMG Life HK, where they were responsible for training and development for agency employees.

Bosco Lau is a graduate of Lingnan University in Hong Kong, where they earned their MBA in Finance and Insurance. Bosco also holds the RFC designation from the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and the CIAM Chartered Insurance Agency Manager designation from LIMRA. In addition, they have earned the FLMI designation from LOMA in Insurance Management.
