Tamara Williams

Tamara Williams, MBA, is an experienced leader in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as Compliance Solutions Leader at LIMRA and as a Nonprofit Board Leader at The Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art. Previously, Williams held several prominent positions at Prudential Financial, including Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, where they led compliance programs across various global markets. At The Hartford, they served as Assistant Vice President of Distribution Strategy, implementing strategic growth plans and enhancing operational capabilities. Williams holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and degrees in Business Management from both Clemson University and the University of Maryland University College.
