Doug Rightmier has extensive experience in engineering and motion control, currently serving as a Field Applications Engineer at Lin Engineering since October 2018. Additionally, Doug is the Owner of Linear Engineering Company, where solutions for engineering and motion control challenges are provided from concept through design and assembly since September 2015. Prior roles include Product Manager and Product Engineer at OEM Press Systems from April 2014 to March 2015, and Senior Sales & Application Engineer at Oriental Motor USA Corp from November 1998 to October 2013. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Technology from California State University Maritime Academy, earned between 1987 and 1991.
