Christopher Morrison is a seasoned pastry chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary establishments. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Chef De Cuisine at île de pain, overseeing the patisserie and bakery while managing staff and quality assurance. Prior to that, they held positions as Head Pastry Chef at notable venues including The Reform Club and The Milestone Hotel & Residences. Currently, they are a Head Pastry Chef at Lina Stores and also work as a freelance chef. Christopher began their culinary education at Brooklands College, graduating in 2006.
