Lucy Draper

Lucy Draper is currently the Change and Governance Manager at Linaker Ltd., where they focus on transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. They have recently been elected as a town councillor for Buckingham's South ward and serve as Chair of the Environment Committee. Previously, Lucy gained extensive experience in mental health services, holding positions such as deputy ward manager, staff nurse, and healthcare assistant at the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. Lucy is also a co-founder of Rennies Winslow Cider, a not-for-profit organization that supports local charities.
