John Johansson

John Johansson is currently an adjunct at Handelshögskolan vid Karlstads universitet, where they teach project management and leadership in the Master's program. In addition, they lecture on topics such as competency-based recruitment and digitalization. With extensive experience in recruitment and business development, John has held various leadership roles, including owner and editor at TUK Förlag and CEO at Reffekt Uppsala AB. As a co-founder and consultant at Linck, they focus on enhancing companies' sales through recruitment and business development. Outside of their professional life, John enjoys practicing martial arts, traveling with family, and caring for their chickens.
