Furthermore, Moa worked as a Personalansvarig from September 2012 to January 2017, where the main responsibility was ensuring the right candidate was placed in the right company and position by managing requirements, advertising, selection processes, interviews, and presenting the best candidate to the client.

Moa Jäder attended Karlstad University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in media och kommunikationsvetenskap (media and communication science). Moa successfully completed their studies in 2011.
