David Leon has a diverse work experience, having held positions in various industries since 1999. David began their career as a Sales Associate at Barnes & Noble, Inc. in 1999. In 2001, they took on the role of Linux Lab Assistant at Westchester Community College. In 2003, they became a Senior Teller at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In 2006, they were a Technical Support Specialist at Universal Remote Control. From 2007 to 2010, they held three roles at IPsoft - Windows Systems Administrator, Application Administrator, and Junior Application Support. From 2010 to 2018, they were employed at Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc. as a Systems Analyst and Senior Helpdesk Analyst. Since 2018, they have been a Network Operations Center Engineer at Lincoln Computer Services.

David Leon attended DeVry University from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management. David also attended SUNY Westchester Community College from 2000 to 2003, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in November 2022 and an Admin (Contact Center Basics) certification from RingCentral in October 2022.
