Joseph Allocco has worked in a variety of roles over the past two decades. Joseph began their career in 1996 as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy. From 2000 to 2019, they worked at Morgan Stanley, where they held the roles of Vice President / Security Research and SWAT, Vice President / Global Head of Collaboration, Content Management, and Archiving Operations, Senior Engineer, and Assistant Vice President / Senior Engineer. Since 2019, they have been the Vice President of Services at Lincoln IT.

Joseph Allocco attended Kingsborough Community College from 1994 to 1996, studying Computer Science. Joseph then attended the US Navy - Air Traffic Control School from 1996 to 1997. In 1999, they obtained a Certificate from The Chubb Institute in Network Engineering. In November of 1999, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. In June of 2003, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification.
