Drew DeGroot

Drew DeGroot is the Chief Civil Deputy State's Attorney at Lincoln County, SD, where they currently provide legal representation and advice to various county officials. Previously, Drew held positions as a Senior Deputy State's Attorney at Minnehaha County and a Deputy State's Attorney at Lincoln County State's Attorney's Office. They also gained experience as a Security Fraud Analyst at Meta Payment Systems and as a Legal Extern. Drew earned a Juris Doctor from The University of South Dakota School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Sociology from the University of Sioux Falls.
