Pascal Gelugne is the Président of Lindab France and Region Managing Director, leading operations across Western Europe with a focus on P&L management for over 40 production and sales units and a workforce of 950. Prior to this role, Pascal served as General Manager at the Centre international de recyclage, where they tripled the capacity for recycling industrial waste. Pascal's career also includes key positions at Fläkt Woods Group, ABB, and Outokumpu Heatcraft, demonstrating a strong background in business development and financial management. Currently, Pascal is pursuing a strategic management course at Henley Business School, having previously earned an MBA in International Finance and Management from Bethel College.
