Devin O'Leary

Devin O'Leary serves as Vice President at Lindauer, leading all administrative, IT/IS, and operational functions for the firm. A member of the Executive Team, Devin ensures that Lindauer’s team members have the necessary resources and infrastructure to work smarter, better and more effectively with clients, candidates and internal colleagues.

Devin started his career at the California Appellate Project, a legal, nonprofit organization in San Francisco. A continuing interest in working in the nonprofit arena, coupled with a move from the Bay Area to Boston with his family, led him to Lindauer in 2012. Devin is credited with developing the significant technology foundation on which the company operates today, including creating processes and approaches that enable Lindauer’s national and now global reach, the expert virtual engagement of clients and candidates, as well as the effective performance of a robust remote team. Devin oversees significant aspects of our financial and fiscal operations, management reporting, and search operations, as well, including management of our administrative search structure.

Devin graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Mary's College of California.
