Bruce Tan

Bruce Tan is an experienced HR and business operations leader currently serving as Executive Director of HR & Business Operations APAC at Linde Engineering since September 2019. Prior to this, Bruce held various HR roles at Linde from February 2007 to November 2019, including Head of Talent Management & Employee Rewards and HR Partner for APAC Electronics. Bruce's extensive HR background also includes positions at Goodyear Tyres, BOC China, PPG Industries, Danone Biscuits China, and China Schindler Elevator, demonstrating a strong track record in resourcing, talent management, and organizational development across multiple regions. Bruce holds an MBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, a Bachelor of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and a Bachelor of Economics in Human Resources Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
