Caroline Mack

Caroline Mack is an accomplished professional in business process management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Team Lead at Linde Engineering since February 2014. With extensive experience in lean methodologies, Caroline has effectively implemented LEAN methods in the EPC Project Business, focusing on documentation, analysis, and sustainable improvements. Previously, Caroline served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, overseeing the global Six Sigma program and coaching various project belts. Previous roles include project management at E.ON's Project Management Office, where Caroline monitored project deliverables, and positions at E.ON Inhouse Consulting, managing business process and internal controls projects. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Organizational Development from Universität Passau and also studied Business Administration at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
