Felix Hoyer

Felix Hoyer is currently the Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Linde Engineering, overseeing approximately 2,200 full-time employees across six locations and serving as a key HR interface for EMEA entities. Previously, Felix held various HR roles within The Linde Group, including Global Human Resources Manager, where involvement in Linde and Praxair's merger occurred, and Human Resources Manager, focusing on cross-country training and intercultural exchanges. Earlier experience includes significant internships at Siemens, EADS N.V., and other organizations, contributing to a diverse skill set in human resources. Felix holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Personalmanagement from Hochschule Landshut.
