Markus Lingl

Markus Lingl serves as the Head of Legal for Linde Engineering in both Germany and Pullach, having been with the company since January 2008, during which time also held the position of Deputy General Counsel. In addition, Markus Lingl works as Senior Counsel/Legal Counsel for Verlag C.H.BECK oHG since 2016 and contributes as a lecturer for Beck-Akademie, focusing on technology licensing contracts. Before entering the corporate legal field, Markus Lingl was a research associate at Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from 2004 to 2007. Markus Lingl obtained a law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and furthered legal studies with a French law certificate at Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4.
