Mike Hacker is an Operations and Engineering Executive with extensive experience in project management, manufacturing, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Director of Engineering & Project Execution at Linde Engineering, they lead cross-functional teams and champion strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, they held various management roles at Linde, including Manager of Project Execution and Manager of Fabrication Projects & Proposals, where they successfully managed multiple complex fabrication projects. Mike's career began as a Fitter/Welder, and they earned an Associate of Science degree in Welding Technology from Pikes Peak Community College.
