Moritz Koch has extensive experience in process safety and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Department for Process Safety and Materials Engineering at Linde Engineering since January 2011. Previous roles at Linde include Lead Engineer for Process & Environmental Safety and Commissioning Engineer for a large-scale ammonia plant. Moritz's early career includes a Diplomand position focused on dynamic simulation of upset scenarios in a hydrogen plant and working as a student at SCANSONIC Group and LEONI, where diverse technical research projects in additive powder coating were undertaken. Moritz holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, earned between 2005 and 2010.
