Ricardo Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and management of air separation plants. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Conceptual Design at Linde Engineering since March 2019, Ricardo has held various leadership roles focused on global product portfolio management and cost estimation for air separation technologies. Prior to this, positions at Praxair, Inc., including Competitiveness & Proposals Manager, emphasized the delivery of optimized solutions for large plant projects in the U.S. and global markets. Ricardo's career also includes significant roles at White Martins as Engineering Manager, where oversight of a large engineering department and management of project execution were key responsibilities, and as Process Engineering Manager earlier at the same company. Additional international experience was gained at Praxair China as a Process Engineer Consultant. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Economical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a degree in Chemical Engineering from PUC - RJ.
