Vimal Patel

Vimal Patel is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in cost estimation, project engineering, and process optimization. Currently serving as a Cost Engineer at Linde Engineering since August 2023, Vimal focuses on preparing individual cost estimations for a range of plant sizes, promoting process improvements, and supporting project management. Previous roles include serving as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at BASF SE, where Vimal specialized in CAPEX project cost estimation and collaboration with engineering partners. Vimal's engineering background is further enhanced by experiences at Lehmann Engineering GmbH, Heckmann Metall- und Maschinenbau GmbH, Ramboll India Private Limited, and Success Hydroparts PVT. LTD., where responsibilities included project management, component design, and production process optimization. Vimal holds a Master’s Degree in Process Engineering and Energy Technology from Hochschule Bremerhaven and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
