Anne Boyd

Anne Boyd is currently the VP, Tax & Treasury at Linde. Anne has over 20 years of experience in tax and corporate communications.

Anne began their career as an associate at Troutman Sanders LLP in 1999. Anne then moved to Moore & Van Allen, PLLC as an associate in 2003 before joining Goodrich Corporation as Tax Director, Americas (East) in 2005. Anne was with Goodrich Corporation until 2012 when it was acquired by United Technologies, where they then served as the Executive Director, Communications Strategy & Executive Communications from 2012 to 2017. Anne left United Technologies in December of 2017 to join Hubbell Incorporated as their Vice President, Tax. Anne was with Hubbell Incorporated for three years before joining Linde in November 2020.

Anne Boyd received an LL.M. in Masters of Law from New York University School of Law, a JD in Law from University of South Carolina School of Law, and a BS in Finance from Clemson University.

Anne Boyd works with Juan Pelaez - VP, Investor Relations, Kelcey Hoyt - VP, Chief Accounting Officer, and Vipin Sher - VP, M&A & Real Estate. Anne Boyd reports to Matt White, EVP & CFO.
