Tracy Smith is a highly experienced VP of Human Resources at LINEAGE, where Tracy leads all HR functions and aligns HR strategy with business goals. Prior to this, Tracy worked at Sherpa as HR & Learning Manager and at The Lane Construction Corporation as Area HR Manager. Tracy has a Master's in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Education/Spanish.
