Doug Parker

Doug Parker currently serves as the Head of Talent at Linear, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Doug held multiple leadership positions at Flexport from June 2021 to July 2025, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Global Technical Recruiting, where Doug led a global team focused on attracting top technical talent for global trade solutions. From February 2014 to June 2021, Doug was a Global Staffing Leader at Google, overseeing recruitment efforts for Cloud divisions, including Cloud AI and Google Workspace. Doug's recruitment career began at Northwestern Mutual, serving as Director of Recruitment and Selection from August 2011 to February 2014, and a brief tenure as a Job Search Specialist at TheLadders in 2011. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.
