Isha Kumar

Isha Kumar is a highly experienced product designer currently working at Linear since November 2025. Prior to this role, Isha held various positions at Slack from June 2021 to October 2025, including Associate Product Designer, Product Designer, and Senior Product Designer. Earlier experience includes internships in product design at Refinery29, Inc. and The Flex Company, as well as a machine learning internship at X, the moonshot factory. Isha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution (2016-2020).
